Shandong Office Issued Administrative Measures for IP Distance Education Platform Substation

Distance Education Platform Substation (hereinafter referred to as the Measures). The Measures, underscoring standardized and systematic management models, required promoting the standardized developments of IP distance education through rules and regulations.

The Measures consists of 16 articles, clarifying necessary basic conditions to apply to establish the IP distance education platform substation as well as its establishment procedure, main responsibilities and management requirements. It also sets up the substation rewarding and opting out mechanism. The Measures is of strong practicability and operability with substantial contents and clear structure. It shall be implemented from the day of promulgation.The issuance of the Measures is to effectively promote the work of IP talents cultivating and education popularization through standardized management and enhanced management.
