The 14th China (Wuxi) International Design Expo sponsored by the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government was held in Wuxi. Officials attending the Expo were He Hua, Deputy Commissioner of the SIPO, Li Xiaomin, member of the standing committee of CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee and Party Secretary of Wuxi Municipal Committee, Wang Quan, Mayor of Wuxi Municipal People’s Government, and Zhao Weiguo, Vice Director of China Industrial Design Association. They had discussions with participating institutions and companies. Centering on the theme “innovation changes life and design builds future”, the Expo has attracted tens of thousands works and fully demonstrates how the design industry integrates with all walks of life for social and economic development.
