China Mainland and Taiwan to Promote Development of Trade Secret Together

From November 2nd to 3th, 2017 Academic Forum of Trade Secret Protection Between China Mainland and Taiwan was successfully held in Beijing, China. Li Mingde, a researcher and professor in Institute of Law of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and vice president of IP Law Society under China Law Society and other experts attended opening ceremony and delivered speeches. 54 professional scholars and representatives from IP field put forward enormous penetrating ideas of trade secret which provide important reference value of legislation and enforcement in China mainland and Taiwan.
