NCAC Issues Notice to Protect Emblems of Beijing 2022 Winter Games

On December 16, National Copyright Administration of the P.R.C. (NCAC) released Notice on Carrying Out Emblems Copyright Special Protection Work of Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. It states that emblems of Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games are obvious logos of Beijing 2022 Winter Games which have been made copyright registration by the organizing committee of Beijing 2022 Winter Games. National Copyright Administration has decided to carry out special protection work since December 16 and it requires all copyright administrative and enforcement departments should strengthen daily supervision work for protecting emblems and make fully use of technical methods such as the copyright monitoring platform to organize patrol work of emblems copyright comprehensively.
