Ba Li Bei Beitian Sues Meituan. Com for Over 20,000 Yuan Over Infringement of Trademark Right

On Jan. 2, according to the case letter on the official website of Haidian Court, it was reported that Meituan.com used the logo similar to Ba Li Bei Tian without permission, so Ba Li Bei Tian sued for Meituan.com to the court on the ground that the infringement of trademark rights. Ba Li Bei Tian claimed that Meituan.com ceased the infringement, eliminated social impact and compensated the economic losses and reasonable expenses of 20,000 Yuan. At present, the case is under further trial.
