In 2014, Chinese governments and relevant departments at all levels fully implemented the IP-related decisions made by the State Council and the Party Central Committee to further promote the implementation of national IP strategies. Dramatic breakthroughs were achieved in IP-related work, which can be mainly reflected in the following aspects: IP laws and regulations were further improved; the number of IP cases kept increasing; IP courts were established, which further strengthened executive law enforcement and judicial protection; the level of IP operation and management was enhanced; international exchange and cooperation kept deepening.
